In addition to the main season, Role Players, from time to time, produces staged readings or minimally staged versions of import  ant, thought-provoking plays, in intimate settings. Productions have included Speed the Plow, Copenhagen, Sight Unseen, Betrayal, Talking With and Honor.

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

Artistic Director Eric Fraisher Hayes and the Role Players Board are working on a program to present special theatrical experiences in addition to the main-stage season.

The program builds on the concept of the Black Box Productions from earlier years—staged readings or minimally staged versions of important, thought-provoking plays in intimate settings—­but the scope of the theatrical presentations will be expanded in new ways. We will offer our audience memorable experiences in various settings that make for creative and exciting theatre.
