ROBIN TAYLOR JOINS ROLE PLAYERS AS MANAGING DIRECTOR
Role Players Ensemble Theatre welcomes new Managing Director Robin Taylor.
Taylor trained at The Juilliard School and has worn many hats during his 30 year career. He was General Manager of Playhouse West from 1998 to 2001. He was artistic/managing director for Musicals with Heart in San Francisco and The Musical Theater Wagon in Minneapolis. He has directed or choreographed for San Diego Rep, Bigfork Summer Theatre, Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival and the Eugene O’Neill Foundation.
In addition to maintaining a “day job” in the high stakes world of computer systems’ analysis, Taylor has been a busy performer, winning several Bay Area Critics’ and Dean Goodman awards, and teacher, preparing his voice students for gigs that pay. He will continue as director of public relations for the Eugene O’Neill Foundation.
